Development blueprints for Epstein's secluded tropical island featured within the photographs.
Also featured in this latest document release appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein acquired a smaller island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
The released images reveal he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the substantial island by building homes, an open-air theater, an submerged workspace and a reservoir.
Marked on the blueprint is a channel, a waterway in the US Virgin Islands, indicated on the bottom right.
The site plan is covered in notations in red and features a notes section labelling different sections of the land.
In addition to the main plan are what seem to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring designs for boat shelters.
Further materials disclosed as part of the current investigative release.
